​Come and meet some other locals and play board or card games together.  
As a group we can decide what we play on the night from our selection that includes - Scattergories, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Balderdash, Pictionary, Sequence and Backgammon.  Further game suggestions welcome. This is a group for ages 18+.

The group will choose a book and then get together in a month to discuss it.  An interesting, lively and sometimes heated discussion, but always good fun.
Questions and reviews will be sourced from the internet where possible.

Are you looking for something to do on a Thursday afternoon?   If you are a card player and have enjoyed playing gin rummy, then mahjong may interest you.  Beginners welcome.  Our players enjoy teaching new people the game.  It's a fun and social afternoon but be warned, mahjong can be addictive!  Casual attendance welcome.

  ​T-Trak model railroading group

​T-Trak is  a model railroading system ideal for people who want to have a model railway but lack sufficient room to have a permanent layout.  The group meeting at Blackburn North Neighbourhood House will demonstrate the T-Trak system, what they have been working on, how a layout can be formed with independent modules and running a few trains! This is a group for ages 18+.
