Our experienced teacher will guide you through a range of traditional postures and breathwork, to promote strength and flexibility of both mind and body. Combining hatha and yin styles of yoga, classes vary from week to week for a dynamic experience. Casual bookings welcome.
Gentle Yoga with Lauren/Diz: Hatha (FULL) Mondays, 9.30am-10.30am This gentle and slower-paced class will include simple postures and gentle stretching for physical benefits and meditation as well as relaxation practices to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Suits older people or those needing to ease into a yoga practice. Some practices will be practiced on a chair to support those who have issues with joints or mobility. |
