Governance
Blackburn North Neighbourhood House is governed by a Committee of elected volunteer members representing the community. The Committee of Governance employ a Manager and Program/Administrative Officer to manage the day to day running of the Cottage. Their responsibilities include organising classes and courses, encouraging and supporting people, administration, and building relationships with agencies/organisations, groups and individuals.
